Buy Bixby Raffle Winner Announced

BIXBY, OK -- One Bixby shopper is rolling in Christmas cash. Phyllis Hood won the city's Buy Bixby raffle.

For the last couple of months, shoppers received raffle tickets when they made purchases in Bixby.

Hood made her lucky buy at the Bixby Merle Norman.

She was presented with a check for $10,000 on Wednesday.

Hood plans on buying some last minute Christmas presents and of course doing some more shopping at her favorite Merle Norman store.
