TULSA, OK -- A new business development is slated to break ground and begin construction by the end of the month near 61st and Yale.
The Shoppes at Warren Place will be a mixed-use development, with the center's first establishment opening in late summer 2009.
Developers of the Shoppes at Warren Place say the center will feature high-end dining, shopping and services for people of all ages, and will cater to families and serve regional travelers as a destination.
"The Shoppes will feature an exciting mix of fresh options for Tulsans and other visitors to the center," predicts Jeff McKenzie, partner with Evans & Dew Real Estate of Massachusetts, the development firm spearheading the project. "We will soon be able to make public the names of restaurants and retail establishments that have signed lease agreements at the Shoppes; most of them are brand-new to Oklahoma."
According to McKenzie, the Shoppes development fills a need in the Tulsa market.
