UNDATED -- Theft suspects targeted two Tulsa area drug stores overnight.

Tulsa Police are looking for a suspect who broke into a pharmacy at 81st and Sheridan short after 1 a.m. Thursday.

Police officers were called to the Saffa Compounding Pharmacy after they say someone threw a large rock through the front door. Items were knocked off store shelves.

Police believe the suspect may have realized he was being recorded on surveillance cameras, because he left suddenly without taking anything from the store. Witnesses saw the suspect run to a car and drive off.

A couple of hours later, Owasso Police investigated a burglary of a drug store in their community.

Police say they are looking for two suspects who broke into the Medicap Pharmacy at 130 South Main at about 3 a.m.

Police say they believe two suspects tossed bricks through a glass door, grabbed some narcotics and fled the scene on foot.
