OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Thirty-two members of the Oklahoma Air National Guard's 137th Security Forces Squadron are back in Oklahoma.
The airmen arrived home Sunday to about 100 people at a homecoming ceremony at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City. The group spent six months in Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
The airmen deployed to Eskan Village, Saudi Arabia, in June to protect personnel, equipment and resources based there. The squadron performed individual and team patrol movements, tactical procedures, convoys, anti-terrorism activities and other special duties.
Every deployed member of the squadron returned home safely.
