Soldiers To Go Before Military Judge

UNDATED -- Two Oklahoma soldiers are headed to court on Monday.  Staff Sergeant Hal Warner of Braggs and First Lieutenant Michael Behenna of Edmond are charged with murdering an Iraqi detainee. 

On Monday, they'll go before a military judge.

Prosecutors say Lieutenant Behenna shot the detainee while Sergeant Warner used a grenade to burn the body.
