10th Annual Christkindlmarkt Underway

TULSA, OK -- The German-American Society is hosting the 10th Annual Christkindlmarkt this weekend.

The authentic German Christmas market features arts and crafts, imported German items, as well as tasty food and refreshments. The family-friendly market also has entertainment, children's story telling, puppet shows and a chance to meet St. Nikolaus.

The Christkindlmarkt is located at the society's headquarters at 2301 E. 15 Street.  Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission to the event is free.
