TULSA, OK -- Members of a Tulsa church have voted for the second time to buy back their property.
The Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church left the Presbyterian Church USA two years ago over concerns the church was becoming too liberal.
After the split, a judge ruled that the Kirk of the Hills property belonged to the denomination. So the church congregation voted Sunday night to buy back the property for almost $2 million.
The agreement is expected to be approved on Tuesday by the Presbytery.
