TULSA, OK -- The woman accused of slamming into the back of a car on U.S. Highway 75 last week and killing two people, is back in the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa Police say Nancy Rueb was under the influence when she crashed into a car that was pulled over on the left shoulder Thursday night. Five people were in the car, including two children. The children survived, but their grandmother and uncle were killed.
After reading the police officer's report, the judge decided to increase Rueb's bond to $500,000 for each count of manslaughter. It had originally been $50,000 for each count and Rueb had bonded out hours after her initial arrest.
