1 store-bought pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
5 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped apple (1 medium apple)
Mix together eggs, brown sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup. Once completely mixed, fold in the pecans and apples. Transfer filling to pie crust and brush edges of crust with a little bit of the filling. Bake at 375oF for 40 to 50 mins.November 24th, 2008
