Alan Crone's Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

3 cups shredded parmesan cheese

16 oz sour cream

1 to 1 & 1/2 cups mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients. Spoon into shallow, oven-proof dish. Bake 45 mins at 400°F. Serve with tortilla chips.
