GLENPOOL, OK -- A land donation is helping the City of Glenpool expand.  On Tuesday, nine acres of land at 121st Street and Highway 75 were donated to the city by Monument Trading.

The plan is to build a new municipal complex, which will house city hall, a 15,000 square foot conference center and two hotels.

The development is happening near the new Wal-Mart SuperCenter.

Glenpool's Mayor says with the land donation, the project can be built without raising taxes.
