UPDATE: Police Release Shooting Victim’s Identity

TULSA, OK -- Police have released the identity of a man who was shot in the head and then dumped from a vehicle.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say 22-year-old Mahdi Ouni was shot on Sunday at the Westminster Apartments, near 51st and Memorial.

Ouni is in the hospital. At last word he was in critical condition.
