Driver Succumbs To Injuries

ROGERS CO. -- The driver of a car involved in an accident with a dump truck Monday on 46^th Street North has died. 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 74-year old Ronald Benight died Thursday in a Tulsa hospital from injuries suffered in the accident. 

OHP troopers say a dump truck pulled out on the 46^th Street North, heading westbound, when a car driven by Ronald Benight, who was also westbound, rear-ended the dump truck. 

The accident was the first of two accidents this week on 46^th Street North.
