Truck Drives Off Highway

TULSA, OK -- A semi-tractor trailer carrying thousands of pounds of steal bolts crashed on I-44 overnight.

The accident happened just before 10 p.m. Thursday on I-44 near 193rd East Avenue.

Tulsa Police say the truck was traveling westbound on I-44 when it went off the road and into the trees.

The trailer was carrying 38,000 pounds of steal bolts, none of which spilled in the accident.

Police say the driver was not hurt in the accident.
