ROGERS CO. -- A Tulsa resident was killed in an early Thursday morning traffic accident in Rogers County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a car driven by 25-year old Efrain Soto was west on Admiral just west of 289th East Avenue, when the car ran off the road and struck a utility pole.
The car then rolled once coming to rest on its wheels.
OHP troopers say the driver died at the scene of the accident.
The accident happened shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday.
