Minor Flooding Forecast In Parts Of South Texas

Minor flooding is expected to continue today in communities along the Texas border in the lower Rio Grande Valley.

That's as water's released from the Luis Leon Reservoir in Mexico.

National Weather Service forecasters expect water levels to rise steadily through early next week.
