The Traditional
Slice Sesame bagel in half and spread with butter or cream cheese. Top with Lox (smoked salmon) and choice of chopped red onions, cucumbers, or tomatoes.
Bagel Pizza
Slice Everything bagel in half. Spread each half with pizza sauce and top with choice of pepperoni, green pepper, or mushrooms chopped, then a slice of mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
For the Weight Watcher
Slice Whole Grain bagel in half. Top each half with tomato slice, tuna, and slice of American cheese. Place under broiler and heat until cheese is melted.
Apple Dumpling
Slice Dutch Apple and Raisin bagel in half. Spoon applesauce on each half and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place under broiler and heat until applesauce is warm and cinnamon-sugar is melted.
Breakfast Bagel
Lightly toast Asiago bagel halves then top with scrambled eggs and garnish with crumbled bacon.
Pink Ribbon Bagel
Slice Pink Ribbon bagel in half. Spread with cream cheese and top with macadamia nuts.
