Layered Dessert

Ingredients:
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
3 very thin slices Angel Food Cake
½ cup Instant Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding mix (made with Skim milk)
¼-1/2 cup Fat free Cool Whip
½ T pecans, chopped
Splenda, optional*
1 maraschino cherries, optional

1. Follow package directions for instant pudding mix.
2. Sprinkle ~1 tsp Splenda on sliced strawberries. (optional)
3. Using individual dessert glasses, layer the ingredients from bottom to top: strawberries, thin slice angel food cake, pudding, Cool Whip, pecans.
4. Repeat layers in dessert glasses.
5. Put a maraschino Cherry on top and lightly sprinkle pecans.
6. Keep dessert cool until ready to serve.

Yield: 1 serving

Nutrition Information: 175 calories, 5 grams fat, 26 grams carbohydrate, 5 grams protein.
