Scuffle Ends With Trip To Jail

TULSA, OK -- An overnight accident leads to an arrest when a man gets into a scuffle with Tulsa Police. 

The accident happened at I-244 and Cincinnati. 

Police say the driver's vehicle went off the road and hit a utility pole, knocking out the traffic lights. 

As officers tried to talk to him, the driver became combative and was taken to the Tulsa County jail. 

Police officers found cold beer in the car and a handgun on the ground. 

The unidentified motorist now faces a variety of charges including DUI and resisting arrest.
