TULSA, OK -- A second man has been arrested in connection with a Tulsa killing. Tulsa Police arrested 47-year-old James Dewayne Melton on Friday afternoon. He is being held on first degree murder complaint for the murder of Charles Reeves.
Kuna-Gi Lowe was taken into custody Thursday afternoon. He is also being held on a first-degree murder complaint in the Tulsa County Jail for stabbing his stepfather, Charles Reeves.
Police say 68-year-old Reeves was found late Wednesday's evening lying in a west Tulsa road with multiple stab wounds. Reeves was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police officers say Lowe admitted being at the home of the victim.
Two witnesses told Tulsa Police the men were arguing over money when Lowe and another man stabbed Reeves several times.
