BARTLESVILLE, OK - Those at the Price Tower are hoping those looking for a place to stay in Bartlesville will find they're offering the "Wright" place. Upgrades have been completed at the Inn at Price Tower.

"There's not another landmark destination that, first of all, has this wonderful arts center that provides quality arts shows, but it also has these other amenities for our community such as a restaurant, a bar, and a very significantly Frank Lloyd Wright boutique hotel," said the Price Tower's Tim Boruff.
The current exhibition, the Imaginative Qualities of Actual Things, continues through January 4th at the Price Tower Arts Center.
Paul Coury's Coury Collection has assumed operations of the Inn. The collection also includes the The Hotel Ambassador in Tulsa and the Colcord in Oklahoma City. Boruff says the firm's involvement is key to relaunching the hotel.
"Not only will this renovation of the inn help provide the message to our community that we are going invest and play our role in creating this downtown. This Bartlesville that's filled with vibrancy, but we're doing other things strategically that you'll see in terms of renovation," said the Price Tower's Tim Boruff.
Guests of the inn are treated to complimentary tours of the Price Tower. As with any Frank Lloyd Wright designed structure, the architect's obsession to detail is apparent. The Price Tower is based on a triangle design. The pattern is illustrated throughout the building in the flooring, lighting, upholstery, and even in the grates in the fireplace inside the executive office.
While the Price Tower is a tangible example of Frank Lloyd Wright's work, the space is, in some areas, cramped. But, Executive Director Tim Boruff says that's not what guests of the inn will feel when they check in.
"Now, kind of moving forward, where we are today and we're celebrating as far as this renovation, are those amenities that do make a significant difference. So, people that have been here will see the remarkable comfort. Modern amenities that are typical of a, even a boutique, an historic inn, but still experience, you know, the wonderful story that Frank Lloyd Wright provides," said the Price Tower's Tim Boruff.
