A suspect in a deadly Tulsa road rage case has been bound over for trial.
Alexander Busby is charged with 1st degree murder in the death of John Hines.
Following a preliminary hearing in Tulsa County District Court, Busby had his next court date set for September 22.
Busby's bond was also reduced from $750,000 to $100,000. If he makes bail, the court said Busby would be required to wear a GPS ankle bracelet.
Tulsa Police say Busby was arrested following a road rage incident in May, in which they say Busby allegedly stabbed Hines eight times.
