1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 ½ cups prepared hummus
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomato
¾ cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
4 chopped green onions
Panera crostini

For crostini: Brush appetizer portions of Panera bread lightly with olive oil. Toast at 350 degrees in oven approximately 10 minutes. Cool

For dip: Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and garlic in electric mixer bowl on medium speed until well mixed. Using a 9-inch pie plate or shallow serving dish, spread first layer with the cream cheese mixture. For the second layer, spread hummus on top of cream cheese. Top with the cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and green onions.
Cover dip and refrigerate at least two hours or overnight. Serve with Panera crostini.

Makes 12 or more appetizer servings
