Police Chase Ends In Death

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A police chase turned deadly Sunday night when a fleeing suspect lost control of a pickup truck.

The chase started near SW 29 and May Avenue and ended in a crash at Reno and May avenues.

A passenger in the truck was ejected and killed, officials said. The driver was freed from the wreckage and taken to an Oklahoma City hospital.

The driver could be charged with second degree murder in the passenger's death because the crash happened in commission of a felony.

Oklahoma City Police officers said they believe the truck was stolen.

The suspect and victim's names have not been released.
