Murder Suspect Heads To Court

A man accused of killing two of his friends over the weekend is expected in a Tulsa County District Court.

Travis Danley is being held on two counts of first degree murder in the deaths in Sperry this weekend.

The bodies of the victims were found Sunday morning when firefighters responded to a neighbor's call of smoke coming from a Sperry home. The firefighters found one man shot in the head, the other man had been set on fire and burned beyond recognition.

Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies say Danley was at the home partying Saturday night with the shootings and fire occurred.

Danley went back to Missouri, but his mother talked him in to giving himself up and returning to Oklahoma.
