Gag Order Denied In Kastner Case

A Tulsa County judge says no to a gag order request from an accused killer's attorney.

The case involves a former Tulsa school teacher, John Kastner, who is accused of shooting and killing his wife, Lori.

Kastner's attorneys wanted the case kept private, they say, because media reports have come from inappropriate police comments.
