Airborne users listen up. The Florida-based company that makes the effervescent tablets has agreed to pay up to $30 million to settle a class-action lawsuit.
The Federal Trade Commission says the company falsely marketed the product as a cold prevention and treatment remedy.
The FTC says there's no evidence to support that claim. You have until September 15th to apply for a refund for up to six product purchases.
