Ingredients:
1 cup field greens
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup diced green apples
¼ cup chopped cooked bacon
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 fl oz Balsamic vinegar
4 fl oz Canola or Mild Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tbls Granulated Sugar
1 tbls Chopped Basil
1. Combine all ingredients except oil, mixing well
2. In a slow, steady stream, whisk in oil.
Toss salad ingredients together with 2 oz. of vinaigrette
