Tulsa Police need help to catch a man wanted for murder. Detectives are looking for Luis Torres-Davilia. He also goes by Rudy Mejia.
Investigators believe he's the man in the white shirt in this surveillance video. Police say he shot and killed Bayron Lopez after a weekend bar fight.
Anyone who knows his whereabouts is urged to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
