Woman Displaced By House Fire

A southwest Tulsa home sustains major damage in an early Wednesday morning fire.

The fire broke out at a home near 37th & Olympia just after 5 a.m.

When Tulsa firefighters arrived, they found flames shooting from the home. It took a while to bring it under control.

An elderly woman was displaced because of the blaze. She was not injured.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
