Voters also decided whether they'd get their money's worth out of new taxes on Tuesday.
A quarter-cent sales tax in Rogers County would fund improvements to the county's volunteer fire departments. Opponents say a fire protection tax is already on the books. The measure failed with a 66.1% no vote.
Nearly 81% of Pawnee County voters said yes to a 1 cent sales tax extension for county needs.
In Coweta, voters said no to a half cent sales tax for capital improvements.
