Man To Be Charged In Tombstone Case

Twenty-year-old Jeremy McGirt will be charged with a felony in the case. Officials say he could spend up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Gerald Webb is home and thankful to be alive after being critically injured when a tombstone came through his truck window.

"I feel blessed. I feel if it hadn't been for God I never would have made it. I give him praise for that," said Gerald Webb, injured truck driver.

Twenty-year-old Jeremy McGirt will be charged with a felony in the case. Officials say he could spend up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Two juveniles will also be charged through the juvenile court system.
