Teen Arrested For Rape

A 17-year-old Langley teen is accused of raping and molesting a 9-year-old boy.  Court records say Walter Oliphant, Junior assaulted the child between April and May.

Oliphant is charged as a youthful offender and is being held on $50,000 bond.
