OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A Cashion man is appealing a ruling that the local school district is providing proper education to his two daughters who have autism.

The Oklahoma Special Education Resolution Center last month ruled against a claim made by Martin Barry, who says the district has not provided what his 7-year-old daughters needed.

Barry had 30 days to file an appeal.
