A man is dead after an overnight shooting in Tulsa.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. near the 4100 block of North Frankfort.

Tulsa Police say a vehicle heading south on Frankfort opened fire on two people in a pickup truck heading in the opposite direction.

Thirty-six-year old Brian Elliot Minter died at a Tulsa hospital Friday morning.  A passenger in the pickup truck was treated for a head injury, but not hospitalized.

A short time after that shooting, the suspect's vehicle opened fire again on a group of people just a couple of blocks away.  One person was hit and taken to a Tulsa hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The vehicle was recovered in the 3100 block of East Pine shortly before 6:30 a.m.

Tulsa Police have not made any arrests.
