Help Available For High Electric Bills

As the temperature heats up, electric bills also go up.  Oklahoma families, who are struggling to pay those bills, can get some help.

The Department of Human Services says it has some funds available to help people keep cool in this hot weather.

DHS will START taking applications July 14TH for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.  Those applying will need their latest electric bill and proof of how much money they make.
