Family Claims Child Was Molested In Foster Care

An Oklahoma family is suing DHS, claiming their child was molested while in foster care. The family says their boy was repeatedly and inappropriately touched by William Hunter Junior, a former Tulsa teacher.

Hunter is currently in jail on a peeping tom charge after being accused of setting up a hidden camera inside a boy's bathroom at Springdale Elementary school.

Records show he was convicted last year of possession of child pornography. The family who filed the lawsuit is not suing Hunter, just DHS.
