A noodling trip on Oologah Lake ended in tragedy for a Minnesota man. Police say the 46-year-old was using scuba gear, but panicked and pulled his equipment off before making it to the surface.
Witnesses pulled him from the water and started CPR, but he was pronounced dead at an Owasso hospital.
