Murder Charge Stands Against Marquis Bullock

A Tulsa County judge is refusing to dismiss a murder charge against Marquis Bullock.  Bullock is charged with first degree murder in the death of 13-year-old Cori Baker.

Authorities say Baker was last seen with Bullock who was her older sister's boyfriend.  Her skeletal remains were found in at a paintball course in Creek County.

Bullock's attorneys argued there is no evidence the girl was killed in Tulsa County.

Prosecutors say when it's uncertain where a crime was committed the defendant can be tried in any county where the evidence suggests it might have happened.
