A condemned killer will have an appointment with the executioner. An appeals court has ruled that Jeremy Williams deserves to die for his crimes.
Williams was sentenced to death for his involvement in a 2004 bank robbery at the First Fidelity Bank of Tulsa that left a bank employee, Amber Rogers, dead.
Attorneys appealed his sentence, but judges say the death penalty is justified.
