OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- After announcing last week that he wouldn't endorse presidential candidate Barack Obama, an Oklahoma congressman says he wants to clarify his position.
A spokesman for Congressman Dan Boren says he wants to make it clear to Democrats that he will support the party's presumptive nominee. Boren says he will vote for Obama at the Democratic National Convention. He has said he'll also vote Democratic on election day.
Boren announced last week that he would not endorse Obama, saying that he had the most liberal record in the U.S. Senate. He also noted that Hillary Rodham Clinton got 66 % of the vote in his 2nd Congressional District.
