Charges Filed In Dog's Death

A 59-year old Broken Arrow man has been charged with animal cruelty after his neighbor's dog was found hanged. 

Authorities say George Roberts killed the black lab after it wandered onto his property.  The dog's family was on vacation at the time. 

Neighbors saw what happened and called the Tulsa County Sheriff's office.
