Judge To Rule On Special Prosecutor

A decision is expected by 5 p.m. Wednesday on whether or not to remove a special prosecutor in the case against Tulsa County District Court Judge Jesse Harris. 

Harris has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure. 

Washington County District Attorney Rick Esser has been appointed to handle the case.  Harris' attorneys, though, are questioning a couple of affidavits filed by Esser which they say conflict with one another. 

An Osage County judge has indicated he will make a decision in the case Wednesday.
