The director of Homeland Security and the head of FEMA saw first-hand the damage left behind in Picher.  Governor Henry took them on a tour of the tornado-ravaged town on Tuesday.  The News On 6's Chris Wright reports the high-ranking government officials made it clear during their visit to Picher that no federal money will go towards rebuilding.

Instead, they say that money will be used for speeding up the buyout process and relocating those affected by the tornado.
