Ingredients:
1 lb. sirloin steak, sliced thin
1 T. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 T. soy sauce
Directions:
Combine and cook until meat is cooked
Add:
8 oz. carrots, sliced lengthwise
1/2 lb asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 onion, sliced
Cook until vegetables are tender
Mix in a separate bowl
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. water
2 T. brown sugar
add mixture to meat and vegetables
