Tryout For Tulsa's First Women's Soccer Team

Tulsa will be showcasing some of its best women soccer players. The city has its first women's premier soccer team called, the Tulsa Spirit. The Tulsa Spirit has joined with the Women's Premier Soccer League whose main focus is to develop highly competitive amateur women's soccer teams.

The Tulsa Spirit will be comprised of the best female players from the Green Country area, including college graduates and high school players.

"I think it's time for Tulsa to have an opportunity to showcase our ability because Tulsa has a lot of great local soccer players and this gives them a chance to showcase that," said Tulsa Spirit Player, Amy Gharibvand.
