Child's Death Investigated

A hearing is planned for Monday in Rogers County following the death of a one-year-old Chelsea boy last week.

One-year-old Marshall Card was found dead Friday morning. Chelsea Police are treating the death as suspicious.

The hearing Monday will determine whether his parents should retain custody of their three other children.

No charges have been filed.
