A 60 % increase in the daily output of gasoline and diesel is on tap for a Tulsa refinery.
The Sinclair refinery will be holding a groundbreaking ceremony Friday to kick off the oil company's billion dollar expansion at its Tulsa facility.
Company officials say the expansion will include an increase of the refinery's daily output of gasoline and diesel. At the same time, they say their will be a reduction in air emissions from the west Tulsa plant.
