Jury selection is underway for a day care owner accused of killing a child in her care. Vicki Chiles was supposed to take care of 2-year-old Joshua Minton. Now, she's standing trial for his murder.
Tulsa Police were called to her home day care center last May and found the toddler unconscious. Detectives say Chiles admitted binding the boy's mouth and hands with masking tape because he wouldn't be quiet during nap time.
Before they could even begin selecting jurors, Chiles appealed to the judge for a new attorney. That request was denied.
