¾ c. chopped and peeled cucumbers
1 lb. pre-cooked chicken strips
½ c. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. dried dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
¼ c. Greek vinaigrette reduced-fat
4 pita breads, cut in half
Combine cucumbers, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp vinaigrette in a bowl and stir. Set aside.
Mix the remaining 2 Tbsp vinaigrette with the chicken.
Spoon chicken mixture into pita breads.
Spoon cucumber mixture into pita on top of the chicken.
